The Big Task:
As our Electrical Service Manager, you will build and lead an outstanding electrical service department, developing a team of top-tier technicians and setting the standard for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, train and coach field technicians to reach their full potential.
- Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure technicians are assigned to the right jobs for efficiency and success.
- Set the tone for the department daily, bringing energy, motivation, and leadership.
- Inspire and support technicians in achieving their professional and personal goals.
- Implement and uphold performance standards, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as an electrician and in leading a service department.
- Strong ability to inspire, mentor, and develop team members.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Ability to drive team performance and achieve business goals.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
