• Lead and inspire a high-performing HVAC service team to deliver world-class results.
• Coach and develop technicians to provide top-notch service. 
• Optimize operations—streamline scheduling, improve workflows, and boost efficiency.
• Champion customer satisfaction, serving as the key link between clients, field teams, and office staff.
• Drive performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and celebrate wins.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure your team is equipped with cutting-edge knowledge.

What You Bring:

• Proven success leading high-performance teams in home services, field operations, or similar industries.
• A passion for leadership—motivating, mentoring, and building strong team culture.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on operational excellence and customer experience.
• Ability to coach on sales techniques and service best practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug screening.
