Dispatcher – Haley Mechanical
Pay: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Full-Time

Responsibilities:
- Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and document critical information as needed
- Knowledgeably prioritize calls based on urgency and importance
- Monitor field technicians to effectively manage schedules and optimize time utilization
- Schedule customer appointments using right tech/right call guidelines
- Perform accurate data entry to track calls, jobs, and customer information
Qualifications:
- Previous dispatching experience required
- Home services industry experience and/or ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable, conscientious team player
- High standards for honesty, integrity, professionalism, and attitude
